नियम व शर्तें

General Membership Rules

Membership Fee: ₹ 1100/- is compulsory and non-refundable. सदस्यता शुल्क ₹ 1100/- अनिवार्य एवं अप्रत्यावर्तनीय है।
Validity & Renewal: Membership remains valid for 25 years. However, membership will automatically cease upon attaining the age of 60 years, even if the 25-year term has not been completed. सदस्यता 25 वर्षों के लिए मान्य होगी... किन्तु 60 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण होते ही सदस्यता स्वतः समाप्त हो जायेगी।
Age Criteria: The eligible age is 18 to 60 years. Individuals above 60 years may join as Honorary Members but will not be entitled to any nominee/financial benefits. सदस्यता आयु सीमा 18 से 60 वर्ष है। 60 वर्ष से अधिक वालों को केवल मानद सदस्यता मिलेगी (बिना वित्तीय लाभ)।
Documents: Aadhaar of both the member and nominee is mandatory. PAN must be provided wherever applicable. सदस्य और नॉमिनी दोनों का आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य है।
Nominee Change: A nominee may be changed anytime by submitting a written request with an administrative fee of ₹ 200/-. नॉमिनी परिवर्तन लिखित आवेदन और ₹ 200/- शुल्क जमा करके बदला जा सकता है।
In the event of member's death:
The Foundation will notify all members via SMS/WhatsApp/Email. Within 30 days, each member must contribute a minimum of ₹ 100/-.
- 70% of collected fund goes to the nominee. 30% retained by Foundation.
- Death certificate is mandatory.
- Inactive Clause: If a member fails to deposit the contribution within the stipulated time, membership becomes inactive. To reactivate, all pending contributions must be paid (30 days waiting period applies after reactivation).
सदस्य की मृत्यु की स्थिति में सूचना के 30 दिनों के भीतर ₹ 100/- जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
Critical Illness: In case of serious Cancer illness, the Foundation may raise contributions to provide financial assistance, subject to availability of funds and Governing Body approval. गंभीर कैंसर बीमारी की स्थिति में संस्था आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान कर सकती है (फंड की उपलब्धता पर निर्भर)।
Suicide/Self-harm: No benefit shall be payable to the nominee in case of suicide or intentional self-harm. आत्महत्या या जानबूझकर स्वयं को हानि पहुँचाने पर कोई लाभ देय नहीं होगा।
Illegal Activity: No benefit payable in case of death caused by crime, illegal activity, substance abuse, or unlawful acts. अपराध, अवैध कार्य, नशा आदि से मृत्यु पर लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।
Fraud: Fraud, misrepresentation, or submission of false information will result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund. धोखाधड़ी या गलत जानकारी देने पर सदस्यता तुरंत समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
Waiting Period: For the first 6 months, natural death benefits shall not be applicable (accidental death excluded). सदस्यता के पहले 6 माह में प्राकृतिक मृत्यु पर कोई लाभ नहीं मिलेगा (दुर्घटना को छोड़कर)।
Transferability: Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. सदस्यता व्यक्तिगत है और हस्तांतरणीय नहीं है।
Wellness: All members will have free access to meditation and yoga sessions (online/offline). सभी सदस्यों को ध्यान व योग सत्रों में नि:शुल्क भाग लेने की सुविधा होगी।
Training Discount: Members entitled to a 15% discount on Foundation's training courses (Reiki, Vastu, Quantum Healing, etc.). प्रशिक्षण कोर्स पर 15% छूट मिलेगी।
Product Discount: Members entitled to a 15% discount on Foundation's healing products. हीलिंग उत्पादों पर 15% छूट मिलेगी।
Amendments: The Foundation reserves the right to amend, add, or remove rules whenever necessary. संस्था समय-समय पर नियमों में संशोधन कर सकती है।
Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. सभी विवाद जिला बरेली (उ.प्र.) के न्यायालय क्षेत्राधिकार में आएंगे।
Version Validity: Rules may be amended; the version uploaded on the website shall be considered valid. वेबसाइट पर अपलोड की गई नियमावली की प्रति ही मान्य होगी।

NOTE: This is not an Insurance or Investment plan. It is a Mutual Aid Welfare Scheme. The Foundation acts only as a Facilitator. All transactions via Bank/UPI/Cheque. Annual audit by CA. यह बीमा या निवेश योजना नहीं है। यह केवल आपसी सहयोग योजना है।

Volunteer Terms & Conditions

Honorary Position: The position is purely Honorary & Voluntary. पद पूर्णतः मानद (Honorary) और सेवाभावी है।
Reporting: Monthly reporting is mandatory. मासिक रिपोर्ट देना अनिवार्य होगा।
Transactions: All transactions only via official Bank/UPI/Cheque. सभी लेन-देन केवल संस्था के अधिकृत बैंक/UPI/चेक से होंगे।
Integrity: No personal benefit or financial irregularity allowed. किसी भी प्रकार का व्यक्तिगत लाभ या वित्तीय अनियमितता निषिद्ध है।
Zero Discrimination: No politics, religion, or caste-based discrimination. राजनीति, धर्म या जाति आधारित भेदभाव वर्जित है।
Removal: Misuse of position will lead to immediate removal. पद का दुरुपयोग होने पर तत्काल हटाया जा सकता है।
Probation: New appointment = 1 month probation period. नई नियुक्ति पर 1 माह का परिक्षण काल रहेगा।

Volunteer Benefits & Recognition Policy (लाभ एवं सम्मान नीति)

Recognition (पहचान)

Volunteers who perform well shall be publicly recognized in meetings/events and awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation.

Opportunities (अवसर)

High performing volunteers given leadership roles in projects (Team Coordinator / Project Lead).

Incentives (प्रोत्साहन)

Priority in training, workshops, and retreats. "Best Volunteer Award" given annually.

Long-term (दीर्घकालिक)

Good performers may be considered for inclusion in the Governing Body or Advisory Panel.

Legal Note / विधिक टिप्पणी

All positions are Honorary (सभी पद मानद हैं).
No Salary/Commission/Profit Sharing (कोई वेतन/कमीशन/लाभ नहीं).
Only genuine Travel/Work reimbursement if approved.

If any member fails to follow rules or does not perform duties properly, they will be given a warning. If no improvement is shown, the Governing Body may terminate the membership by majority decision. The decision shall be final and binding.
